Photo activation x DJ for Clearpath Executive Matching

Party Shots was hired by ClearPath Executive Matching to provide entertainment for their spring mingle networking event. ClearPath is a matchmaking firm for the top executives in the hospitality industry. Our client’s goal was to provide lively & luxury entertainment for their event attendees. We provided a branded video activation, gobo lighting projection & DJ/MC service. Branding for this activation included custom wrapping for the 360 booth, custom props, custom outro video, custom LED handhelds and more.

Throughout the night the 360 booth was utilized by dozens of restaurant executives. Reveling in the immersive experience, fostering laughter, and creating unforgettable moments that bonded guests. Post event the 360 videos were shared more than 400 times, generating enthusiasm and buzz of the event across various social media platforms. Our DJ kept the volume of music to a sustainable level enabling guests to mingle and foster connections while also cultivating an energetic atmosphere perfect for dancing & creating moments to be remembered.
